Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. Duties Supervise and manage construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to guide on-site activities Coordinate construction schedules using advanced project management software such as Primavera P6 and Procore to meet deadlines Review and interpret construction contracts, ensuring compliance with all federal and local safety regulations including OSHA standards Oversee quality control processes, conducting inspections and ensuring work meets industry standards and client expectations Manage project documentation through tools like Bluebeam, Prolog, and HeavyBid for accurate record-keeping and reporting Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement to optimize project performance Supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and contractual obligations Conduct regular safety meetings, enforce construction site safety regulations, including OSHA guidelines for federal safety compliance Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing when required on site Skills Proven experience managing construction sites with a strong background in commercial or heavy civil projects Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, HeavyBid, and Primavera for scheduling and documentation Deep understanding of blueprint reading, technical drawings interpretation, and construction drawing review Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards (OSHA), and quality assurance practices Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced environments Skilled in project scheduling, coordination of construction timelines, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously Effective communication skills for supervising teams, managing client relationships, and coordinating with stakeholders Experience supervising crews in a construction management role with a focus on safety and efficiency Ability to interpret technical data using tools like ohmmeters for electrical work when necessary Familiarity with federal construction safety regulations and best practices for managing large-scale projects Join us as a Construction Foreman where your leadership will shape the success of our projects!
