Experience in the commercial construction industry required. Our goal is to find an individual to integrate into our team & provide opportunities for future growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow directions with regards to daily production schedule & activities. Plan & manage construction jobs from start to finish, including hands on wherever needed. Provide on time & complete paperwork, reports, status updates, & three week look aheads. Coordinate equipment, crew & material needs. Train workers in the proper use of equipment, processes, safety & quality. Understand the job's Contract Scope of Work. Provide supervision & direction to all crew members at all times. Conduct weekly tool box safety meetings with all crew members. Establish & maintain a professional working relationship with the customer's representatives. Responsible for accomplishing any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to understand plans/blueprints and building/code requirements. Strong leadership & interpersonal skills Very organized, strong time management skills, & detail oriented. Proven success in meeting critical deadlines under stressful conditions Ability to follow verbal & written instructions Reliable form of transportation Available to work both days/nights, weekdays & weekends
