Our projects include multifamily, tenant improvements, and large commercial developments. We are building a team of leaders who can run work efficiently and grow with the company. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Foreman to lead field operations on commercial and multifamily projects. This role is responsible for managing crews, executing work per plans/specs, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, on budget, and at a high level of quality. This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership of their jobsite and can operate with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage low voltage field crews (data, fire alarm, access control, AV, etc.) Plan and execute daily/weekly work activities Read and interpret plans, specs, and submittals Coordinate with GCs, other trades, and internal project teams Ensure installations meet NEC, local codes, and project requirements Manage manpower, materials, and jobsite logistics Maintain production and hit schedule milestones Enforce safety standards and jobsite compliance Perform quality control and minimize rework Track progress, document issues, and provide daily reporting Identify and communicate change orders and scope gaps Support system testing, inspections, and final turnover Qualifications 5+ years of experience in low voltage systems installation 2+ years in a foreman or lead role Strong knowledge of: Structured cabling (Cat6, fiber) Fire alarm systems Access control / security systems Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience coordinating with multiple trades on active jobsites OSHA 10 or 30 preferred What We're Looking For Someone who owns their projects and drives results Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Able to think ahead and solve problems before they happen Strong field presence and ability to lead crews effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonuses Company vehicle or allowance (if applicable) Health benefits Paid time off Opportunity for advancement as the company grows
