Job Description
Electrical Foreman needed in our residential division to lead crews installing solar plus battery systems. Duties include managing and assisting the install team with connecting solar panels to the power grid, wiring inverters, moving loads, installing and commissioning batteries, performing maintenance checks, and ensuring efficient operation and maximal electricity generation. Pay will be based on experience. Must have at least 3 years of verifiable solar electrical experience, 2 years of Foreman experience, and a certificate in at least 2 of these battery types: StoreEdge, Franklin, Encharge, Tesla, Qcell, or Enphase.
