In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, supervise construction teams, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Your leadership will drive quality craftsmanship, efficient workflows, and seamless communication among all stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape successful projects while fostering a safe and productive work environment. Duties Lead and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide on-site activities Monitor project progress using construction management software to stay on schedule and within budget Enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and M5 standards and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment Conduct quality control inspections, oversee site logistics, and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize delays Qualifications Proven management experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising construction sites Extensive hands-on experience with construction site operations, including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating Proficiency in construction management software for project scheduling and documentation Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment Familiarity with contracts administration, budgeting processes, and project scheduling techniques Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively Experience working with heavy equipment, pipeline projects, or electrical systems is a plus M5 Rules of the
