Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Electrical Commercial/Multi Family Foreman to lead our electrical installation teams on multi-family and commercial construction sites. This role offers the opportunity to oversee project execution, manage crews, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will bring strong management skills, construction expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional results on time and within budget. Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical crews on multi-family and commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specifications Coordinate construction schedules, interpret technical drawings, and review blueprints to facilitate smooth project progression Manage daily site operations, including safety compliance in accordance with OSHA and federal regulations Oversee quality control measures and ensure adherence to construction regulations and safety standards Collaborate with project managers to develop and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software Review contracts, manage budgets, and track project costs using HeavyBid or equivalent tools Supervise subcontractors and vendors while maintaining effective communication with management and clients Experience Proven experience managing electrical crews in commercial or multi-family construction environments Strong knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam Hands-on experience reading blueprints, interpreting technical drawings, and coordinating construction schedules Familiarity with OSHA standards, federal construction safety regulations, and construction site safety management Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Supervisory experience supervising teams in a fast-paced construction setting Skilled in managing budgets, contracts, and project documentation with excellent managerial communication skills Construction safety certifications including OSHA training; experience with Ohmmeter use for electrical testing is a plus Join us to lead impactful projects that shape communities!
