Are you an experienced low-voltage leader with a background in healthcare technology systems? We're looking for a Healthcare Foreman who can lead field teams, coordinate complex projects, and deliver high-quality installations of nurse call, security, and fire life safety systems in active healthcare environments. Daily Responsibilities Lead onsite installation teams and coordinate daily project activitiesEnsure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standardsReview project plans and direct installation activitiesTroubleshoot and support system commissioning and startupManage inspections, customer walkthroughs, and project closeout activitiesMentor and train technicians to support team growth and performanceServe as the primary onsite resource for customers, contractors, and project stakeholdersMonitor project progress and communicate risks, changes, and resource needs
