Onsite Job Description The proposed position serves as an M365 and Web Communications Liaison , acting as a bridge between the Web Team, internal departments, project stakeholders, and end users. The role focuses on communication, coordination, customer service, and process improvement , rather than deep technical administration. This is considered an entry-level coordination role . Key Responsibilities Serve as a customer liaison between the Web Team and internal departments Support communications for M365, SharePoint Online, intranet, web platforms, accessibility, and digital service initiatives Assist with email communication workflows, including intake, review, coordination, scheduling, and follow-up processes Help departments understand service offerings, standards, processes, timelines, and requirements Coordinate with content owners, communications staff, and business stakeholders Support training communications, user adoption efforts, FAQs, process documentation, and customer-facing materials Manage intake and tracking of web and M365-related requests using Jira, Service Desk, or other workflow tools Identify recurring communication gaps or process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
