Responsibilities Supervise plumbing service technicians and manage daily field operations to ensure timely, efficient repair and maintenance of plumbing systems. Oversee installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of domestic water systems, commercial plumbing, and heavy-duty piping. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, provide estimates, and develop service plans aligned with construction plans and schematics. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing regulations, and safety standards while interpreting technical drawings and schematics. Manage construction estimating processes for service jobs, including material procurement, labor allocation, and project timelines. Conduct site inspections to verify work quality, enforce safety protocols, and perform building code analysis for compliance purposes.
