Plumbing Supervisor Rise Mechanical Group Inc San Diego, CA Job Details Full-time $50 - $65 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Driver's License Supervising experience Commercial plumbing Full Job Description The Plumbing Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the plumbing department, ensuring technicians are properly scheduled, supported, trained, and equipped to safely deliver exceptional service. This position is responsible for employee development, quality assurance, safety compliance, customer satisfaction, and achieving departmental performance objectives. Typical work schedule is from 7:00am until 4:00pm Monday through Friday and may be shifted slightly from time to time. Emergency service response, overtime, weekends and varying start times may be required based on business needs. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum eight years of commercial plumbing experience. Minimum three years of supervisory or leadership experience. Valid California Driver's License. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to pass a standard background check. Preferred Qualifications California Journeyman certification. OSHA 30 certification. Medical gas certification. ServiceTitan administration experience. Healthcare facility experience. Physical Requirements Ability to perform field inspections and occasional hands-on work. Lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Travel between job sites. Work in indoor and outdoor environments. Wear required PPE during site visits. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Supervise and support plumbing technicians and apprentices. Coordinate daily schedules with the Dispatcher and Service Manager. Monitor technician productivity and workload. Conduct field visits for quality assurance and coaching. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching. Support estimating and project planning. Maintain customer relationships and resolve service issues. Review work orders for accuracy and completeness. Assist with inventory and fleet management. Promote continuous improvement within the department. Customer Service Expectations Foster long-term customer relationships. Respond promptly to customer concerns. Ensure technicians provide professional service. Support business development efforts through exceptional customer experiences. Represent Rise Mechanical Group professionally.
