Job Description

Established high-end residential electrical contractor seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman.
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Spanish Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and encourage others Ability to learn, accept direction, and implement company standards while leading with confidence, certainty, and compassion Extensive knowledge of high-end residential wiring methods and electrical codes Ability to independently remove, replace, and retrofit 100A-200A service panels Strong communication skills with project supervisors and customers Clean driving record Drug-free No drama, excuses, or excessive supervision required Must be able to work alone and with others Ability to receive coaching, embrace continuous improvement, and implement company standards while leading with confidence, certainty, and compassion.
