Licensed C-36 Plumbing Contractor We are seeking an experienced plumbing professional who currently holds an active California C-36 Plumbing Contractor license to join our construction team. We are looking for someone with strong plumbing and construction experience whose C-36 license is available for use with our company and is not currently being used to qualify another employer or contractor. Responsibilities Perform and oversee plumbing work on active construction projects Install, repair, and maintain water, waste, vent, gas, and related plumbing systems Read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction drawings Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, inspectors, and field crews Ensure plumbing work meets applicable codes, safety requirements, and project specifications Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related field issues Assist with inspections, permitting, and compliance requirements Provide technical guidance and oversight to field personnel as needed Maintain safe, organized, and productive jobsites Required Qualifications Active California C-36 Plumbing Contractor license - REQUIRED C-36 license must be available for association with our company and not currently committed to another employer or contractor in a way that prevents its use with our company Previous plumbing and construction experience Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and applicable codes Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Commercial construction experience Experience supervising plumbing crews or subcontractors Experience working with inspectors and local jurisdictions Experience with ground-up construction and renovation projects Foreman, superintendent, or project leadership experience What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications Consistent construction work Opportunity to become a key member of our growing construction team Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits Paid Time Off 401(k)

Pay:
