This position is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, operates with integrity, and is committed to delivering high-level plumbing installations and service. Our company specializes in residential and commercial remodels, new construction, tenant improvements, and advanced service work. Key Responsibilities Ability to manage and direct plumbing crews on active projects, provide technical guidance, delegate tasks, and maintain productivity and quality standards Install, maintain, and repair water, gas, and waste systems Complete rough-in and finish plumbing for residential remodels, residential new construction projects, and commercial tenant improvement build-outs Diagnose plumbing issues (leaks, pressure loss, heating issues, system failures, etc.) and implement effective solutions Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative services Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and specifications Cut, solder, bend, and join pipe to required specifications Install and service fixtures and equipment Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper operation Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes and safety regulations Communicate professionally with team members Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and clean, organized job sites Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols Qualifications 7+ years of professional plumbing experience High school diploma or equivalent (technical training and/or journeyman certification preferred) Strong work ethic and high level of accountability Familiarity with local plumbing codes and building regulations Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings a plus Physical stamina; able to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces Good communication skills and professional demeanor Valid driver's license with clean driving record Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and confidentiality Working Conditions On-site work in homes, businesses, and active construction sites Exposure to varying temperatures, heights, and confined spaces Occasional irregular hours depending on project demands Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required Compensation $40-$50 per hour depending on experience What We Offer Steady year-round work in residential and commercial environments Opportunity to take ownership of projects and grow into leadership roles Paid time off Retirement plan with company match Medical insurance stipend If you are looking for more than just a job and want to be part of a company that values hard work, integrity, discretion, and pride in craftsmanship, we encourage you to apply.
