Job Summary We are seeking motivated and skilled plumbing professionals to join our team as Foreman, Journeyman, Apprentice, or Labor Plumbers. In this dynamic role, you will be an essential part of construction projects, commercial plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs. Your expertise will help ensure that plumbing systems are installed, maintained, and repaired in accordance with all safety standards and building codes. Duties Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems across commercial sites using hand tools and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate pipe routing and system setup. Perform pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly with precision to meet project specifications. Follow local building codes and plumbing building codes to ensure compliance during all phases of construction or repair work. Install gas piping systems safely while adhering to safety regulations and industry standards. Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent issues and ensure ongoing operation; troubleshoot problems efficiently. Support the team with heavy lifting, carpentry tasks related to plumbing fixtures, remodeling projects, and general duties as needed. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials; adhere strictly to safety regulations on site. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide excellent customer service . Participate in ongoing training on construction site safety protocols, new plumbing technologies, and code updates. Experience Construction experience in plumbing installation or repair is highly preferred; familiarity with residential or commercial plumbing projects is a plus. Knowledge of welding techniques applicable to plumbing systems is advantageous. Experience reading blueprints, schematics, construction plans, and schematics for accurate system setup. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and gas piping systems is essential. Understanding of plumbing building codes, local building codes, safety regulations, and construction site practices is required. Prior work involving maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), system troubleshooting or field service enhances your suitability for this role. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely; basic math skills for measurements and calculations; carpentry skills for fixture installation are beneficial. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or experience with commercial driving is a plus but not mandatory. Demonstrated commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship in previous roles.
