Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plumbing Manager to lead our plumbing operations with energy, precision, and a passion for excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of plumbing projects across commercial and residential sites. Responsibilities Lead and manage plumbing teams on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. Oversee construction estimating processes related to plumbing systems, including material takeoffs and cost assessments. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and repair work. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to schedule work phases and ensure timely project delivery. Supervise the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and other mechanical tools required for plumbing tasks. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications. Manage inventory of plumbing materials and equipment while maintaining accurate records of work performed. Provide technical guidance on complex plumbing issues such as HVAC integration, remodeling projects, or maintenance tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong background in commercial or residential projects. Skilled in construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical knowledge. Hands-on experience with pipe threading, welding, carpentry skills related to remodeling or assembly work. Familiarity with HVAC systems and basic math for measurements and calculations. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment safely and efficiently. Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site travel or equipment transport. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
