Commercial Projects Pay:
$38-$50/hr Overview We're hiring an experienced Journeyman Electrician Foreman to lead commercial electrical projects from start to finish. This role is hands-on, managing crews in the field while ensuring projects stay on schedule, on budget, and up to code. Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial job sites Coordinate daily work, manpower, and materials Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems Ensure compliance with NEC codes and safety standards Communicate with project managers, GCs, and inspectors Track progress and keep projects on schedule Qualifications Active Journeyman Electrician license Proven experience running commercial electrical projects Strong leadership and crew management skills Ability to read blueprints and manage layout Solid knowledge of NEC and job site safety practices Reliable, organized, and able to drive results in the field What's Offered Competitive pay: $38-$50/hr (DOE) Steady commercial project pipeline Opportunity to lead crews and grow with the company
