This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, developing team members, and successfully managing commercial HVAC construction projects. As a Commercial Foreman, you will lead installation crews, coordinate daily jobsite activities, and work closely with project managers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and mentor HVAC installation crews on commercial construction projects. Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems within the assigned area of responsibility, including condensing units, furnaces, mini-split systems, rooftop units, fan coils, and related equipment. Plan equipment layout, schedule daily tasks, and delegate work assignments to the team. Communicate project status, progress, and jobsite needs to project managers. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to support successful project completion. Maintain inventory of supplies, parts, tools, and equipment as needed. Order day-to-day construction materials. Conduct regular quality and safety checks. Occasionally attend weekly on-site job meetings. Requirements 5-10+ years of HVAC construction experience. Experience using construction management software, such as Procore. General understanding of construction practices and code requirements. Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents. Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and equipment schematics. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout the workday. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day. Ability to perform manual labor and safely lift 50 pounds or more. Must provide your own basic hand tools. General computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs. Valid driver's license required. Full-time availability, 40 hours per week. Preferred Qualifications Licensed Journeyman. HVAC trade school, apprenticeship, or technical training. Drain piping experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience with multi-family and light commercial construction projects. Benefits Company vehicle and fuel card. Company cell phone.
