MV Power Solutions has been recognized as one of the fastest growing electrical Contractors in the Denver area! We are building a crew of the best Electricians in town, and we are looking for the top people in the trade to join our great team! Oversee and support lead foremen and electricians on various commercial job sites to ensure project success. Ensure the correct installation of electrical systems in accordance with blueprints, technical diagrams, and client specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide installations and troubleshoot issues. Plan and coordinate daily tasks for field teams, ensuring timely project progress and adherence to safety standards. Install, maintain, and repair a wide variety of commercial electrical systems and equipment, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems. Perform conduit installation, including measurement, cutting, bending, and secure fitting using appropriate hand and power tools. Fabricate and install conduit supports and brackets; perform underground conduit installations as required. Pull, route, and terminate electrical wiring through raceways and panels; ensure all connections meet code and safety requirements. Strip insulation and terminate wires using proper tools and techniques; test completed circuits for functionality and safety. Conduct regular quality control inspections and ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes (NEC). Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients to provide progress updates and resolve technical issues. Train, mentor, and supervise junior electricians and apprentices; promote continuous skill development and safety practices. Maintain accurate documentation of service reports, work orders, materials used, and as-built plans. Manage inventory and procurement of tools, materials, and supplies needed for ongoing service work. Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance and emergency service calls for commercial clients. Troubleshoot electrical systems and diagnose malfunctions using testing devices and visual inspections. Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed; conduct jobsite safety assessments and toolbox talks regularly.
