Job Summary:
As a Carpenter Foreman , you'll lead residential basement remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in carpentry, plumbing, flooring, and team leadership. You'll collaborate with project managers, mentor crew members, and execute tasks with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead carpentry work: Install custom cabinets, trim, millwork, and perform detailed finish carpentry.
Manage job sites:
Oversee site preparation, safety protocols, and daily workflow.
Ensure all work meets company standards and passes final inspections.
Client communication:
Address client needs, provide updates, and resolve issues professionally.
Team coordination:
Assign tasks, mentor junior crew, and collaborate with project managers.
Problem-solving:
Troubleshoot construction challenges and adapt to changing project needs.
Tool/equipment management:
Maintain tools and materials in excellent condition.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in carpentry, finish work, plumbing, and general construction. Proven leadership skills with experience supervising teams.
Expertise in multiple trades:
Cabinetry, flooring, HVAC basics, and plumbing. Reliable & punctual: Available Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, across Fort Collins area job sites.
Technical proficiency:
Skilled with power tools, saws, and construction equipment.
Physical stamina:
