What You'll Do Lead and coordinate all phases of piping installation, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Plan daily and weekly work activities, manage crew productivity, and oversee material, tool, and equipment needs. Support field execution through layout coordination, code compliance, quality inspections, and real-time problem solving. Mentor and develop journeymen and apprentices while collaborating with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to drive project success. What You Bring Journeyman-level Pipefitter experience with leadership experience in commercial, industrial, or mechanical construction environments.
