Golden, CO Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Enhancement Foreman to lead landscape installation and enhancement projects. This role supervises a field crew of 2-6 crew members and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. The Enhancement Foreman works closely with the Ancillary Manager or Project Manager to deliver high-quality landscape installations and site improvements. Qualifications 3-5 years of landscape industry experience required Residential landscape experience preferred Commercial landscape experience is a plus Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints Experience operating commercial landscape equipment Strong leadership and crew management skills Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Valid driver's license strongly preferred Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain within one year Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of 2-6 landscape team members Assign daily tasks and ensure work meets project specifications Train and mentor crew members on proper landscape installation techniques Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies Oversee and perform landscape enhancement work including: Sod and plant installation Soil, mulch, and bark installation Boulder placement Drainage installation Stone patio and fence installation Trenching and site preparation Job site clean-up and debris removal Operate and oversee safe use of landscape equipment including: Ditch Witch / trenchers Backpack blowers and power tools Chippers and stump grinders Riding mowers Bobcats, tractors, and similar equipment Loading and unloading equipment Reporting equipment repairs Performing minor field maintenance Interpret landscape plans and read blueprints Communicate project progress with management Monitor crew productivity and performance Perform minor irrigation repairs and maintenance Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Operate vehicles and equipment throughout the workday Benefits & Total Rewards At Monarch, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain top talent.
