• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Work on furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and rooftop units
• Communicate clearly with customers
• Perform maintenance and identify opportunities
• Keep clean job notes and documentation Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• 5+ years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification (required)
• NATE Certified (or willing within 6 months)
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license
