Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, reliable Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to join our team. This hands-on role involves responding to roof leak calls, completing contract repairs, and representing the company on-site with professionalism and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will communicate clearly, prioritize safety, and have a strong understanding of commercial roofing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair commercial roof leaks efficiently and accurately Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, solutions, and progress Perform and oversee service and contract repair work on various roofing systems Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and company policies Document work through photos and written reports, including before, during, and after conditions Represent the company professionally at all times while on job sites Train and lead service crew as needed
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, and BUR Ability to identify roofing deficiencies and recommend corrective actions Proficient in hands-on repairs and service work Excellent verbal and written communication skills Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently Able to interact professionally with customers on-site Competent in documenting service calls with photos and notes Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs alone and work in various outdoor conditions
