Construction Foreman Telluride, CO | Ground-Up Hotel Project $40-$48/hr + $92/Day Per Diem + Housing + Company Vehicle We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Construction Foreman to join a large ground-up hotel project in Telluride, CO. This is a long-term opportunity on a project that is expected to last approximately 3 years. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit in a trailer all day. We're looking for a leader who can solve problems in real time, keep work moving, help wherever needed, and jump in with tools when necessary.

$40-$48/hr $92/day per diem worked Company vehicle provided Housing provided (3-bedroom house in Montrose) Family-friendly relocation opportunity, spouse and children are welcome Long-term project with approximately 3 years of work Ground-up hotel construction project from the early stages through completion What You'll Be Doing Serve as the on-site logistics lead and point of contact for daily field needs Handle scope gaps, field issues, and unexpected project needs as they arise Coordinate manpower and communicate additional labor needs to project leadership Oversee crews of up to 10 workers Support excavation operations and ensure work is performed safely Assist with site safety and daily field coordination Set up and maintain temporary fencing Perform flagging duties when required Coordinate site cleanup, material movement, and general project support Manage snow removal efforts, including occasional early morning site preparation Complete daily material tracking and production reports through DocuSign on an iPad Work side-by-side with crews and wear tools when needed What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Foreman Experience working on large ground-up commercial construction projects Previous experience working for a large General Contractor preferred Experience leading crews of at least 10 employees Strong understanding of excavation operations and site logistics Knowledge of construction flagging requirements Ability to read situations, solve problems, and keep production moving Comfortable with paperwork, daily reporting, and tracking materials Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable, accountable, and willing to do whatever it takes to keep the project on schedule Ideal Experience This role is a great fit for a foreman who has built hotels, multifamily projects, hospitals, schools, data centers, or other large commercial ground-up projects and enjoys being the person everyone calls when something needs to get done.
