  • Part-time, Full-time Overview Join our construction team as a Construction Foreman and lead the charge on diverse building projects!
In this role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate teams, and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Looking for a foreman for a commercial renovation job currently in Berlin, CT. Duties Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and labor crews to optimize productivity and maintain quality standards Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide daily operations Utilize construction management software such as Company Cam for scheduling, tracking progress, taking photos, and reporting Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards Enforce OSHA safety regulations and conduct regular safety meetings to promote a safe working environment Experience Must have experience in commercial construction Must have basic overview knowledge on mechanical, plumbing, and electrical trades Strong knowledge of construction management practices, including project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for complex projects Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards under OSHA guidelines If you're passionate about construction management and ready to take charge on impactful projects, we want to hear from you!
