They're looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews in the field and take ownership of project execution. This role is ideal for someone who not only knows the work but can run a job, manage people, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. What You'll Do Lead and manage crews on residential and commercial job sites Take ownership of day-to-day project execution, from layout through completion Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and job plans, and direct work accordingly Plan work ahead, coordinate manpower, materials, and job sequencing Install conduit (EMT, MC, rigid), wiring, panels, and electrical systems as needed Ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and to company quality standards Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades Train, mentor, and develop junior electricians and apprentices Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with NEC and OSHA requirements Identify and resolve field issues proactively to keep jobs moving What We're Looking For Current E2 Electrical License (required) 5+ years commercial or industrial construction experience Prior experience leading crews or running jobs as a foreman or lead electrician Strong conduit, layout, and blueprint reading skills Proven ability to manage people, productivity, and jobsite expectations Strong communication skills with both field teams and project leadership Highly organized, dependable, and accountable Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites Why Join Thorogood?
