Commercial Painting Foreman at Ferraros Painting & Restoration

Ferraro's Painting & Restoration is seeking an experienced Painting Foreman to lead crews on commercial, institutional, and residential projects across Connecticut. This role is for someone who can run a jobsite, not just paint. Responsibilities Lead and supervise painting crews on active job sites Coordinate daily work with the production team Ensure proper surface preparation and coating application Maintain quality control and jobsite cleanliness Communicate progress, issues, and material needs to the office Train and mentor junior painters Maintain safe work practices Work Includes Interior and exterior painting Surface preparation and patching Drywall repairs and skim work Trim and finish painting Commercial coatings and specialty coatings Requirements 7+ years professional painting experience Previous crew leadership experience preferred Ability to read scopes and manage small projects Reliable transportation OSHA 10 Certification required (can obtain upon hire) What We Expect Professional attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lead crews and keep projects moving Pride in high quality work Ferraro's Painting & Restoration has been serving Connecticut for 40 years , working on projects ranging from residential homes to universities and commercial facilities.
