We are actively building our preferred subcontractor network and are seeking skilled, reliable trade partners who want to establish a long-term working relationship with a professional and organized builder. This is not a single job opening. This is an opportunity to be added to our approved subcontractor list for current and future residential construction projects. Trades We Are Actively Partnering With We welcome interest from qualified professionals and crews across trades, including: Plumbing Electrical HVAC Framing Carpentry Drywall Painting Flooring Roofing Other residential construction trades Opportunity Overview As a Blue Star subcontractor, you will be considered for ongoing and upcoming residential projects based on your trade, availability, and service area. This opportunity is ideal for independent contractors and trade businesses looking to: Build a consistent pipeline of work Partner with a structured and professional builder Work on well-managed residential projects Develop a long-term, repeat-client relationship Scope of Work Varies by trade but may include: Performing trade-specific installation, construction, or repair work Reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications Coordinating with project managers and other trades Maintaining jobsite organization and safety Meeting all applicable codes, standards, and Blue Star quality expectations Contractor Requirements Active trade license (if required by state/local regulations) Operates an independent business entity or sole proprietorship Own tools, equipment, and transportation General liability insurance (Certificate of Insurance required) Ability to manage schedule and workload independently Strong workmanship and attention to detail Reliable communication and professional conduct Compensation Project-based or negotiated per scope Payment terms defined in subcontractor agreement Opportunity for repeat work based on performance Why Partner With Blue Star Consistent project opportunities Organized and professional project management Clear scopes of work and expectations Respectful, long-term trade relationships Reliable and timely payments Independent Contractor Notice This opportunity is for independent contractors only.
