This pivotal role involves supervising daily operations on-site, coordinating with project managers, and managing crews to deliver projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a comprehensive understanding of construction management software and safety regulations. As a Working Foreman, you will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of quality and safety while fostering a collaborative team environment that drives project success. Duties Supervise and manage construction crews, ensuring adherence to project schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide team activities effectively Coordinate construction schedules Coordinate Subcontractors and vendors Review construction drawings and schematics for accuracy and clarity before work begins Oversee construction safety management in compliance with OSHA and federal safety regulations Conduct regular site inspections using tools like ohmmeters to ensure electrical systems meet specifications Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Monitor project budgets, track costs, and assist with construction estimating to stay within financial parameters Ensure strict adherence to construction regulations and quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle Lead team meetings, provide communication, and manage crew performance for optimal productivity Experience Proven experience supervising construction sites within commercial or heavy civil projects (Minimum 10 years experience in the Construction industry and 2 years foreman experience) Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, project scheduling techniques, and managing multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately Hands-on experience with construction safety management practices aligned with OSHA standards and federal regulations (Have OSHA 30 certification) Effective crew management skills with a history of supervising teams in fast-paced environments Familiarity with managing contracts, budgeting processes, and construction estimating procedures Prior experience working with pipeline projects or heavy infrastructure is highly desirable Excellent communication skills for managing teams, coordinating schedules, and liaising with clients or stakeholders Construction site experience that includes blueprint reading, quality control inspections, and safety compliance Join our team as a Working Foreman where your leadership will shape successful projects while fostering a safe and productive work environment.
