Production/Installation Supervisor Opportunity - The ideal candidate will be a good communicator that is eager and able to learn the new technologies and techniques the sign industry has to offer. Previous sign industry experience is a plus but not required. Previous handyman/installation experience a must. Under general direction, the Production/Installation Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the production and installation of completed signs in the field and.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Learn, practice and support world class safety. Ability to work alone and supervise installation helpers when needed. Drive to and from job site. Apply vinyl graphics to various surfaces. Proper placement and installation of post and panel, wall mounted, monument, channel lettering and various other signage. Customer interaction at job site. Working with ladders, scaffolding, boom & scissor lifts. Back-up production when needed to produce signage. Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED required Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic math skills Able to work well under pressure to output high volume, high quality work Able to lift 50 or more pounds Must have the ability to work outdoors in the elements. Must be comfortable working with heights. Previous experience with light power equipment Must possess a valid Driver's License and clean driving record. Job hours - 8:30 to 5 Monday - Friday with occasional Overtime and Saturday work. About
