Job Description

PLUMBER FOREMAN
We are looking for an experienced Plumber Foreman to lead plumbing crews on commercial construction projects. This position is ideal for someone who can run a crew, read plans, coordinate work, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial projects Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Lay out plumbing systems and coordinate daily work Install and oversee water, waste, vent, and gas piping systems Assign tasks and monitor crew productivity Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other trades Ensure installations meet project specifications and applicable plumbing codes Track materials and communicate material needs Identify field issues and help resolve problems before they impact the schedule Maintain a safe, clean, and productive jobsite Perform hands-on plumbing work when needed
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred Previous Foreman or Lead Plumber experience Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems Ability to read and work from blueprints Experience with plumbing layout and jobsite coordination Ability to lead and motivate a crew Strong communication and problem-solving skills Must have hand tools and PPE Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

$31.56 - $38.01 per hour
