We're looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead commercial installation projects across multiple job sites throughout South Florida. If you're a strong field leader who takes pride in quality work and doesn't mind being on the road, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise commercial HVAC crews Travel to job sites weekly/daily to oversee progress and complete field documentation Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to spec Coordinate with project managers and general contractors Read blueprints and manage daily job site operations

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of commercial HVAC experience Prior foreman or lead technician experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 a plus) Willingness to travel Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills to include Microsoft and Google email software. Jobber CRM Software experience is a plus. Must be able to pass a background check. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
