This position plays a critical role in coordinating crews, maintaining schedules, and ensuring high-quality workmanship that meets company standards and project deadlines. Position Summary The Top-Out Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day top-out plumbing activities on assigned projects. This role requires strong field leadership, technical plumbing knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project managers, foremen, and other trades. Key Responsibilities Supervise and direct top-out plumbing crews on commercial job sites Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities to meet project timelines Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing drawings Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with code requirements Monitor material usage and coordinate with warehouse and project management teams Conduct jobsite walkthroughs to ensure quality control and workmanship standards Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members Enforce company safety policies and jobsite procedures Communicate progress, challenges, and manpower needs to management Qualifications Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred (or equivalent experience) Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience, with top-out supervision strongly preferred Proven leadership and crew management experience Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and best practices Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities simultaneously Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime as project demands require Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary or hourly pay based on experience Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (as applicable) Paid time off and paid holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) retirement plan Opportunities for advancement within a growing organization Why Work for Jenkins Plumbing?
