Electrical Area Foreman - Tri County, Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Full-Time | Long-Term | Growth Opportunity ProForce Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Area Foreman for a long-term, permanent opportunity supporting large-scale commercial construction projects throughout the South Florida area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-family, hotel, condominium, and commercial electrical construction and be capable of leading field crews while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with electrical codes and project specifications. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electrical field crews on commercial construction projects. Ensure installations meet all applicable electrical codes, plans, and specifications. Inspect completed work to maintain quality standards and pass inspections. Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades. Plan daily work activities and maintain project schedules. Promote a safe jobsite and enforce company safety policies. Train, mentor, and develop electricians and apprentices. Qualifications 7+ years of commercial electrical experience with supervisory or foreman experience. Experience on large-scale multi-family, hotel, condominium, and commercial projects. Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and commercial electrical systems. Experience overseeing inspections, rough-in, trim-out, outlets, devices, and final installations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
