As a Foreman/Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. If you have a strong background in Exterior Metal Stud Framing/Stucco, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you. Exterior Finishes Division Foreman/Supervisors at LCF must have knowledge of the following : Exterior light gauge metal framing Metal lath Plaster/stucco/ EIFS Metal Trusses Custom exterior panels (ACM panels and custom-fabricated facades) Spray fireproofing and insulation Rain screen systems

Foreman Position Requirements:

Previous experience in the supervision and installation of exterior metal framing/Stucco Ability to supervise and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment Knowledge of project layout Must be able to read blueprints and shop drawings Possess critical thinking skills pertaining to exterior metal framing Experience in job-to-cost analysis & budget tracking Must speak English and Spanish Join our team as a Foreman, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping successful construction projects while leading a dedicated team towards excellence!
