This is a hands-on leadership role where your experience, judgment, and ability to drive a crew will matter far more than what's on paper. If you take pride in quality work, hold yourself and your team to a high standard, and know how to get things done — we want to talk to you. What You Will Be Doing Lead and coordinate daily crew operations across one or more active job sites Enforce job site safety and ensure full OSHA compliance Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Keep each project phase on schedule, within scope, and meeting quality standards Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and material records Spot and resolve job site problems before they become bigger issues Serve as the primary point of contact between the field, project managers, and clients Conduct employee evaluations and hold your team to a consistent standard Manage material orders and monitor project profitability Monitor crew productivity, labor efficiency, and daily progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule or ahead of schedule while maintaining company quality standards Trade Knowledge — Required Sliding glass door and window installation Stucco application and repair Waterproofing, flashing, and sealants Exterior painting and coatings Multi-family and commercial exterior restoration Concrete repair and surface preparation Structural repairs using SIKA and BASF products Interior and exterior restoration techniques What We Are Looking For Proven field leadership — a natural leader others want to follow Extensive hands-on construction experience, including crew supervision Strong knowledge of construction processes, trade methods, and safety standards Proficient in reading construction drawings and project specifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Computer proficient and comfortable with digital project management tools Clear communicator — with crews, clients, and management alike Someone who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what needs fixing Organized, accountable, and able to manage competing priorities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be located in or able to work across Lee, Collier, and Charlotte County, FL.
