Job Description

Company Overview Safran Oil Systems is a proud member of the Safran Group, specializes in designing, manufacturing, and supporting lubrication equipment for aerospace propulsion systems. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Repair Station Supervisor to lead our maintenance and repair operations . This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee technical teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive quality in aircraft component repairs. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for aviation maintenance excellence. Qualifications
  • Knowledge of FAA Part 145 maintenance operations
  • Familiarity with maintenance workflow, planning, and production control
  • Working knowledge of approved technical data and maintenance documentation requirements
  • Proficient in ERP/MRO systems and Microsoft Office Strong communication and leadership skills Duties Supervise daily repair station activities, ensuring adherence to FAA regulations, AS9100 standards, and company policies.
Knowledge of FAA Part 145 maintenance operations Familiarity with maintenance workflow, planning, and production control Working knowledge of approved technical data and maintenance documentation requirements Proficient in ERP/MRO systems and Microsoft Office Strong communication and leadership skills A&P Certificate preferred Minimum 5 years' aviation maintenance experience Previous supervisory or management experience Oversees daily repair station production activities Coordinates maintenance workflow from receipt through shipment Ensures work is performed in accordance with FAA regulations, approved technical data, and company procedures Coordinates manpower, scheduling, and operational priorities Supports turnaround time objectives and customer commitments Coordinates with Quality, Inspection, Planning, and Customer Service personnel Ensures accurate maintenance records and operational documentation are maintained Assists with process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives Supports training and qualification requirements for assigned personnel Escalates operational or compliance concerns to executive or quality management
