Follows blueprints and performs final inspections to ensure accurate installation and compliance with plumbing codes and project specifications. Conducts weekly safety talks to reinforce safety protocols, mentors team members through hands-on training, and conducts quarterly reviews. Coordinates job site activities, manages resources, and ensures the availability of materials for efficient project workflow. Maintains open communications with project managers and team members, addressing project status, challenges, and updates. Performs on-call coverage as scheduled and consistent with the Company's policies and procedures.
What is required:
7+ years of plumbing experience in all phases required , including completion of a 4-year apprenticeship, 3 years working independently as a journeyman, and 2 years in a supervisory role Knowledge of plumbing blueprints, code and regulations, equipment, and hand tools Tools and reliable transportation Ability to carry or lift up to 100 pounds. Ability to climb ladders and stairs, walk, push, pull, bend, and kneel Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
