Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and experienced Paver Sealing & Repair Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate paver sealing and repair projects, ensuring high-quality repairs and sealing. This role involves leading a team of 1 or more skilled workers, managing multi day project, and maintaining communication with clients and management. The ideal canidate will possess prior experience in hardscape installation and repair, and the ability to trouble shoot or come up with solutions to a problem on the fly. Join us to help lead our and grow with our company! Duties Clean, repair, seal and install pavers. Lead a team of paver sealing and hardscape repair technicians, ensuring the work get completed on time and up to our standards Coordinate project schedules with management, manage daily operations, and ensure timely completion of sealing and repair tasks Review technical drawings, and project plans to interpret specifications accurately Manage materials procurement, inventory control, and ensure proper use of construction safety equipment. Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and management regarding project progress and challenges. Requirements At least 3-6 months experience in paver repair and sealing with a focus on hardscape installation, sealing, or repairs Strong problem solving skills with experience working in a team Excellent managerial communication skills for supervising crews and coordinating with clients Clean driving record with a valid drivers license. US Citizen or must have a valid work visa Must speak English.
