- Full-time We're looking for an experienced layout and striping foreman to join us.
This is a hands-on field position — you'll be responsible for reading site plans, laying out parking lots (stalls, fire lanes, ADA, arrows, crosswalks), and directing the striping crew through completion. What you'll do: Read and interpret striping plans and site drawings Measure and lay out parking lots using tape, chalk line, and layout wheel Mark stall widths, drive aisles, ADA spaces, and traffic flow Lead a small crew through job start to finish Coordinate with project management on scheduling and job scope Ensure work meets specs before and after paint What we need: 3+ years of parking lot striping experience Experience laying out lots from plans — not just following marks Ability to read and scale drawings Strong attention to detail, reliable, and on time Driver's license required; CDL a plus What we offer: Competitive pay based on experience Year-round work Stable company, 30+ years in business
