Plumbing Foreman

MAG Construction Inc, MCI Plumbers is a rapidly growing plumbing and construction company serving South Florida. We specialize in residential, commercial, and construction plumbing projects and are committed to quality workmanship, reliability, and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking skilled and motivated plumbers to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are hiring experienced Plumbing Foreman to oversee commercial and/or residential plumbing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive plumbing knowledge, and the ability to coordinate field operations while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and according to code.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead plumbing technicians and apprentices on job sites. Coordinate daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans. Ensure all plumbing installations comply with local codes and regulations. Monitor project progress and maintain schedules. Conduct safety meetings and enforce workplace safety standards. Order and manage materials, tools, and equipment. Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, inspectors, and clients. Troubleshoot installation and construction issues as they arise. Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and project activities.

Requirements:

Bilingual English/Spanish Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience, including supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and construction practices. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Plumbing license or certifications preferred (as required by state/local regulations).
