• Ongoing Safety Training & Education What You'll Do As a CTS Underground Construction Foreman, you'll:
• Lead daily field operations, assign tasks, and guide hands-on work with the team.
• Read and follow engineering blueprints, schematics, and trenching/shoring drawings.
• Manage equipment, stage materials, schedule inspections, and coordinate with project managers.
• Operate 50K loaders, skid steers, rollers, etc.
• Work schedule can be day and or night shifts.
• Follow all local codes and safety manuals.

What We're Looking For:

• Must have 5 years of unground construction foreman experience.
• Must have 5 years of operating experience and a valid CDL is a plus..
• Be able to read grade stakes and interpret grades.
• Must be able to perform general physical activities common to the trade.
• Must have knowledge of working with trench boxes and dewatering systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
