What You Will Do Each Day:

Oversee daily operations of pipe crews and ensure projects are completed efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans. Maintain high safety standards and compliance with OSHA initiatives. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet deadlines. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills.
