  • Full-time About Us Daniel Thomas Fine Cabinetry is a premier provider of luxury kitchens, baths, closets, and custom cabinetry in Naples, Florida.
Our projects are featured in some of the area's most prestigious homes, where attention to detail, craftsmanship, professionalism, and client service are non-negotiable. The Role Due to continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, we are expanding our field operations team and adding an additional Field Supervisor to support our project management and installation teams. This position will help ensure our projects continue to meet the high standards of quality, communication, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction that Daniel Thomas Fine Cabinetry is known for. The Field Supervisor serves as the link between our project managers, installation teams, service technicians, builders, designers, and homeowners. The ideal candidate understands cabinetry installation, can confidently manage field operations, and takes ownership of solving problems before they impact schedules, quality, or client satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise daily field operations for cabinetry installations across multiple projects. Coordinate installers, deliveries, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules. Conduct site inspections to verify jobsite readiness prior to delivery and installation. Review cabinetry installations for quality, fit, finish, alignment, and overall presentation. Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule, quality, or client satisfaction. Support service technicians with punch list completion and warranty items. Communicate effectively with project managers, builders, designers, homeowners, and trade partners. Maintain clean, safe, and professional jobsites at all times. Represent Daniel Thomas Fine Cabinetry with professionalism and integrity in the field. What We're Looking For 4+ years of cabinetry installation experience strongly preferred. Experience in custom cabinetry, millwork, finish carpentry, or luxury residential construction. Previous lead installer, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret cabinetry plans, elevations, and shop drawings accurately. Strong communication skills and the ability to work professionally with builders, designers, homeowners, and installation crews. Proven ability to identify problems, make sound decisions, and resolve issues independently while knowing when escalation is necessary. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship. Experience working in occupied luxury homes and high-end residential construction environments preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to travel between jobsites throughout Naples and surrounding areas.
