Conduct daily jobsite planning and task assignments.

Manage jobsite materials, equipment, tools, and inventory.

QualificationsMinimum 3 years of fencing or construction leadership experience preferred.
Proven experience leading crews and managing projects.
Strong knowledge of wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain-link, and commercial fencing systems.
Ability to read plans, layouts, and project specifications.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to operate equipment, trailers, and construction tools safely.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor as needed.
