Job Description

Anthony's Screens is an established screen enclosure company on the Emerald Coast (Niceville / Fort Walton Beach) with steady weekly work for experienced independent installer crews. We are adding subcontractor installers now — work is available immediately.
The work:
pool enclosure rescreens and repairs, screen porch screen installation, and storm-damage screen repair.
Pay:
$0.65
  • 0.
80 per square foot of installed screen, depending on job difficulty and type of screen installed. Paid weekly for completed, inspected work. This is a 1099 subcontractor relationship — payment is made to your business.
We provide:
the jobs, all screen and materials, and homeowner scheduling.
You provide:
your vehicle and transportation, ladders and walkboards, your tools, and your crew. Requirements — please do not apply without these:
  • Proven experience installing screen on pool enclosures and screen porches
  • Your own general liability insurance — certificate required, and you must be able to add Anthony's Screens, LLC as an additional insured
  • Workers' compensation coverage for yourself and anyone you bring on site — OR a current Florida Certificate of Election to be Exempt if you operate as a corporation or LLC.
Note:
Florida does not allow sole proprietors in the construction industry to be exempt — sole proprietors must carry a workers' compensation policy
  • Reliable vehicle and your own equipment (ladders, walkboards, tools)
  • You stand behind your work: installation defects and callbacks arising from your work are corrected at your cost How it works: jobs are offered per assignment — accept the ones you want, run your crew your way, meet the completion standard, get paid weekly.
This is a subcontractor relationship, not an employment position. Apply with your business name, insurance status, and a brief summary of your enclosure experience.
