Electrical Foreman

Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical crews on construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes. Coordinate project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to meet deadlines. Manage procurement, contract, and budgeting activities for electrical components and labor costs. Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and industry standards. Oversee the use of construction management software, such as ProCore and Bluebeam, for documentation, progress tracking, and communication. Supervise the installation of electrical systems, including pipelines, conduits, wiring, panels, and control systems, while adhering strictly to schematics and technical specifications. Use tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical circuits and troubleshoot issues during installation or maintenance. Collaborate with project managers on project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress reporting. Ensure all work sites maintain high safety standards through regular inspections and safety meetings. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a focus on electrical projects; supervisory experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, and project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or HeavyBid. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols, including OSHA regulations. Hands-on experience with construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately; experience with Ohmmeter testing is a plus. Excellent management skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining quality standards. Knowledge of contracts management, budgeting processes, and project documentation procedures. Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members.
