Job Description
We are partnered with a Fire & Life Safety leader that is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Sprinkler Foreman to join their dynamic team. The Sprinkler Foreman will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence.

Sprinkler Foreman Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of sprinkler fitters and installers on various job sites. Plan, schedule, and coordinate sprinkler installation and maintenance projects. Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations. Inspect work in progress to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during installation or maintenance. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs, material usage, and time sheets. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Train and mentor junior team members, promoting skill development and adherence to best practices. Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce company safety policies and procedures.Sprinkler Foreman Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role. Comprehensive knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, NFPA codes, and local regulations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. NICET II or higher and/or equivalent.Benefits:
