Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Foreman and lead the charge on diverse building projects! In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate teams of skilled workers, and ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management and ability to interpret technical drawings will drive project success from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Lead, assign, and support field crew members throughout daily operations. Review drawings, project specifications, schedules, and work plans. Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, deliveries, and site access. Communicate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor work quality and progress, identify issues early, and help keep projects on schedule. Make safety a priority by enforcing company and site-specific safety requirements, holding toolbox talks, identifying hazards, and correcting unsafe conditions. Track labor, equipment, deliveries, and daily progress; submit accurate field reports. Maintain a clean, organized, and productive worksite. Train and mentor crew members and promote a professional, team-oriented jobsite. Qualifications Field experience in concrete construction; prior foreman or crew-lead experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of construction-site safety practices and concrete work procedures. Ability to coordinate crews and work effectively with general contractors and other trades. English and Spanish language skills preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
