Seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician who is ready to take the next step in their career. This opportunity is ideal for a commercial electrician who has experience leading crews, coordinating field activities, and serving as a trusted resource on active construction projects. While the title is Journeyman Electrician, we are specifically seeking candidates with leadership experience who can help guide teams and support successful project execution. If you've supervised electricians, coordinated daily work, or acted as a lead electrician on commercial projects, we'd like to talk with you. What You Will Do Lead and support electricians and electrical helpers on commercial construction projects Plan and coordinate daily work activities to meet project schedules Install, troubleshoot, and oversee commercial electrical systems Work with MCCs, switchgear, transformers, motors, relays, starters, and power distribution systems Run conduit, pull wire, make terminations, and install electrical equipment Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, wiring diagrams, and contract documents Coordinate materials, tools, deliveries, and jobsite logistics Maintain compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards Collaborate with project managers, inspectors, general contractors, and owners What We Are SeekingRequired 5+ years of commercial electrical experience Journeyman-level electrical experience Previous experience leading electricians or supervising crews Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and installations Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license Preferred Journeyman or Master Electrician License 8+ years of commercial electrical field experience Experience on healthcare, manufacturing, data center, or large commercial projects Experience with power distribution, MCCs, switchgear, and transformers Previous Foreman or Lead Electrician responsibilities Why Join ?
